Senior SAP Project Manager

Your responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and testing of SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements.
- Ensure the SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and integration points are effectively implemented.
- Streamline and align business processes with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency gains.
- Standardize business processes across the entity.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Coordinate training and change management activities to facilitate user adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
- Enhance operational excellence across the company by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication plan with stakeholders
Required skills and experience:
- Degree in BsC/MsC
- Several years of working experience in a project manager position, preferably working in the automotive industry
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- German will be an advantage
- SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Expertise
- The candidate for this position must also demonstrate leadership skills, being able to move a cross-functional group in a single direction and with a common vision and objective
