Your responsibilities will be:

• First level IT support for our colleagues with technical enquiries and incidents
• Assisting employees in creating tickets for second level support
• Support in the area of IT equipment and management of IT assets
• Preparing the necessary hardware and software
• Organising IT inductions for new employees

Required skills and experience:

• Enrolled student in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable specialization
• Technical understanding and high interest in hardware/infrastructure topics
• Structured, solution-orientated and independent way of working
• Good knowledge of German and English
