Working Student embedded development (m/f/d) – R&D

Our product portfolio includes electronic steering lock systems, door handles, and automatic opening and closing systems for various vehicle applications.

What You Will Work On:

  • Supporting the development of technical demonstrators for internal and external purposes, as well as participation in interdisciplinary development projects
  • Programming and commissioning of microcontroller-based prototypes (e.g., using Arduino), as well as development of Linux-based control solutions (e.g., using Raspberry Pi)
  • Construction, expansion, and testing of mechatronic demonstrators
  • Application of Python for automation and control tasks
  • Participation in concept planning, organization, and execution of smaller sub-projects in the pre-development phase
  • Documentation of developed solutions

What You Bring:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Initial practical experience in Arduino (C/C++)
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit design
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
  • Openness to new technologies and hands-on challenges
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken) are required
  • Knowledge of German and/or Chinese is a plus
