What You Will Work On

  • Support in monitoring sales and material costs
  • Contribution to the monthly analysis of industrial margins and preparation of reports for the corporate headquarters
  • Analysis and forecasting of inventory levels in cooperation with the logistics department
  • Participation in special business analyses, e.g. margin or profitability analyses
  • Support in managing plant inventories
  • Review and optimization of internal control systems
  • Assistance in steering action plans in cooperation with operational departments (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics)
  • Contribution to the further development of processes and automation in Controlling
  • Handling of ad-hoc tasks in the Controlling area

What You Bring

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics or a comparable degree programme
  • Initial practical experience in controlling, accounting or finance in general is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel; experience with SAP R/3, especially in the CO module, desirable
  • Structured, independent way of working and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and initiative
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
