Teamleiter Software (m/w/d) - Automotive

Based in Erdweg near Munich, Minebea AccessSolutions Deutschland GmbH acts as a competence center with global research and development responsibility in the area of access mechanisms. Our product portfolio includes electronic steering column locks, door handles and automatic power closure systems for different applications around the vehicle.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Disciplinary and technical management of the SW team
- Planning and monitoring internal and external resources
- Further development of software development processes in accordance with ASPICE and harmonisation of working methods with the international subsidiaries in the Group environment
- Compliance with and documentation of internal design and process standards
- Target-orientated use of software development tools, e.g. model-based software development
- Coaching and training team members in all relevant software development topics and transferring expertise within the R&D team
- Support in daily customer communication and estimation of software costs in the offer phase
Required skills and experience:
- Completed university degree in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable
- Knowledge of embedded SW design
- Ideally management experience (team leadership or technical leadership) in an international environment
- You have many years of experience in the automotive environment and with the relevant processes, in particular ASPICE
- Your strengths are Communication, assertiveness, confident demeanour, goal orientation, analytical thinking and ability to work independently
- Ability to drive innovation in an international corporate environment
- Fluency in German and English
