Salary (gross): 1,200 - 1,800 EUR/month (depending on experience and knowledge)
Job description, responsibilities and authorities
Your role, as outlined in the job introduction, will be to: manage, plan, and execute long-term technical testing, develop customized test procedures, maintain laboratory operations, author documentation in foreign languages, and mentor junior colleagues to continuously improve product reliability.
- Performing long-term testing in accordance with assigned specifications.
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating tests, including test capacity reservation.
- Creating and reviewing test plans and test reports in English or German.
- Organizing and participating in meetings to resolve complex testing programs when necessary.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and facilities to ensure proper standards and operations.
- Developing test procedures tailored to specific customer requirements.
- Supporting the tool and equipment planning process, ensuring test risk assessments, and performing periodic tool and equipment inspections.
- Supporting project execution and reviewing the work/results of junior colleagues.
- Assisting in DFMEA updates for products based on reliability test results.
Personal requirements and skills
Educational Requirements
- Education level: Post-secondary/Higher vocational education, or a University degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).
- Field of study: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience in reliability testing or another technical role within the electrical/mechanical engineering field.
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks autonomously.
- Strong sense of responsibility and precision (attention to detail).
- Analytical mindset and strong technical thinking.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong team player.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) OR German: Upper-Intermediate (B2).
