Salary range: 1 400 – 2 000 EUR (gross) depending on experience.
Job description, responsibilities and authorities
As an RMA Engineer at MDCK Košice, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of returned materials and products. This dynamic position combines both presence-based and mobile work, offering you the flexibility to adapt to various operational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and processing returned materials, identifying root causes of issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. You will oversee the entire RMA process, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations. Additionally, you will maintain detailed documentation and provide technical support to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. - Analysis of Quality Issues
- Analysis of product claims from the automotive and industrial segments for OEM and Tier 1 customers.
- Defining the root causes of identified defects.
- Development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions in cooperation with relevant departments (Design, Testing, and Process Development).
- Responsibility for the execution and monitoring of the complaint process toward the customer.
- Technical analysis of returned defective parts.
- Defining and implementing immediate containment actions.
- Proposing and implementing permanent corrective and preventive actions within internal MinebeaMitsumi plants or at suppliers.
- Preparation and submission of 8D Reports.
- Utilization of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa / Fishbone diagram).
- Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented improvements (within production processes and detection methods).
Personal requirements and skills
- Educational Background: Technician or Engineer with a degree in a technical field and proven experience in assembly processes.
- Language Skills: English – Advanced level (active use in both written and verbal communication).
- Communication: Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional approach to handling customers and collaborating with colleagues.
- Automotive Expertise: Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Automotive Core Tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to collective goals.
- IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
