• Analysis of Quality Issues
• Analysis of product claims from the automotive and industrial segments for OEM and Tier 1 customers.
• Defining the root causes of identified defects.
• Development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions in cooperation with relevant departments (Design, Testing, and Process Development).
• Responsibility for the execution and monitoring of the complaint process toward the customer.
• Technical analysis of returned defective parts.
• Defining and implementing immediate containment actions.
• Proposing and implementing permanent corrective and preventive actions within internal MinebeaMitsumi plants or at suppliers.
• Preparation and submission of 8D Reports.
• Utilization of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa / Fishbone diagram).
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented improvements (within production processes and detection methods).
