Quality Engineer

Your responsibilities will be:
- Responsibility for quality performance, customer related problem solving and improvement
- Responsibility for optimizing production quality processes and procedures
- Suggest new work methods and procedures, solving problems in the field of quality
- Responsibility for the analysis of discrepancies in the quality of the final product and the production process itself
- Daily monitoring of qualitative results
- Evaluation of error rate indicators and their reduction
- Performing analyses, introducing measures and their retrospective control
- Management of the complaints process of the final product and the production process itself. /8D reports/
- Ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
- Setting quality indicators, control procedures and methods
- Monthly reporting of quality results to company management
- Management, development and training of a team of quality inspectors
- Responsibility for data collection and analysis (SPC, MSA, SAP and others)
- Cooperation on the preparation of internal, external, customer and certification audits
- Support for continuous improvement of quality processes
- Cooperation with the project team
Required skills and experience:
- University education (Bachelor's/ Master's degree) in Production quality, Quality management
- English language (B2)
- Previous experience in the field of quality or in a similar position
- Flexibility and the ability to solve situations in changing conditions
- Analytical and logical thinking
