Job description, responsibilities and authorities
In this role, you will support product development by implementing advanced quality planning (APQP), conducting VDA 6.3 process audits, and analyzing quality standards with customers. Additionally, you will drive quality improvements through statistical process control (SPC), measurement system analysis (MSA), and root cause analysis of non-conforming products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting product development and project management with a focus on quality improvement opportunities
- Initiating quality management improvement measures, evaluating their effectiveness, and implementing and monitoring corrective actions when necessary
- Implementing and evaluating Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) or similar procedures for new projects in collaboration with customers
- Analyzing quality standards internally and with customers
- Performing process audits according to VDA 6.3 (internal and customer audits)
- Conducting training for teams on quality processes
- Evaluating and actively participating in Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
- Evaluating Statistical Process Control (control charts, SPC)
- Supporting customer complaint management and product change management
- Supporting non-conforming product analysis and implementing improvements
Personal requirements and skills
- Education & Language: A University degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related technical field, combined with intermediate English skills (B2).
- Experience & Mindset: Proven experience in a similar industrial QA/R&D role, strong analytical skills, independence, precision, and a willingness to travel.
