Process Development Engineer (m/f/d) - Development

Your responsibilities will be:
- Preparation of process documentation, such as a control plan, a process flowchart, a design for the location of machines, equipment and production (layout)
- Creation of work instructions
PFMEA update of production lines according to new processes and complaints - Coordination and implementation of new production processes
- Review production documentations acc. fulfilment and correctness
- Coordination and execution process / component DOE in corporation with development center
- Coordinating and implementation of new production processes
- Creation of specification requirement documents for new production equipment
- Installation and qualification of new production equipment
- Optimization of existing production processes regarding effectiveness, costs, quality and handling
- Preparation and documentation of tests and analyses
- Communication interface between development in Germany and production in Slovakia
Required skills and experience:
- University education (Bachelor's / Master's degree), Postgraduate (Doctorate)
- Education in the field of: Electrotechnical engineering, Drive engineering or comparable
- At least 3 years in a field of electrotechnical engineering or computer engineering
- Engineering degree in the field of precise mechanics, factory automation
- 3-5 to years of practical experience in automotive industry are desired
- Ability to work in team
- Structured and analytical working style
