Based in Erdweg near Munich, Minebea AccessSolutions Deutschland GmbH acts as a competence center with global research and development responsibility in the area of access mechanisms. Our product portfolio includes electronic steering column locks, door handles and automatic power closure systems for different applications around the vehicle.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the HR team with administrative activities
- Support in the organization and implementation of the entire applicant management process
- Maintenance of personnel files and data
- Support with the organization of meetings
- Carrying out research and preparing HR-relevant information
- Assisting with recruiting and HR projects
- Preparation of job interviews
Required skills and experience:
- Initial experience in HR or administration is an advantage
- Verg good organisational skills and a meticulous way of working
- Being able to handle MS Office applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint) is of use
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good written ad spoken German and English skills
