As an Internal Sales Assistant in our Industrial Business unit you will take care of the
following Tasks:

  • Telephone support and regular correspondence with existing customers (small and medium-sized customers)
  • Complaint processing
  • Monitoring of open items and cooperation in demanding outstanding payments
  • Cooperation with production coordination
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Supporting the sales team in the preparation of forecasts in consultation with the customer
  • Support of the sales team in the administrative area
  • Coordination and processing of new customer inquiries
  • Support of the sales team in the preparation of product-, sales- and customer meetings
  • Participation in internal meetings and preparation of minutes and reports
  • General commercial tasks.

  • Completed commercial training with practical work experience in order entry, customer service or internal sales
  • Systematic and independent way of working. Well organized and pragmatic
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility and commitment
  • Competent and confident telephone manner and strong customer service orientation
  • Good IT skills, MS Office, Google suite, AS400 would be an advantage
  • German and English fluent in speech and writing
