Our product portfolio includes electronic steering lock systems, door handles, and automatic opening and closing systems for various vehicle applications.

What You Will Work On

  • Coordination of internal sales tasks within the team
  • Acting as a Key User for the Sales department (e.g., SAP)
  • Handling customer inquiries by phone to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining SAP data (price updates, order entry, EDI error resolution)
  • Collecting basic data for budget and strategic planning
  • Reviewing price agreements and purchase orders
  • Processing transactions in various customer portals (B2B)
  • Preparing and creating offers and other business correspondence
  • Close collaboration with other departments to support and optimize sales activities
  • Participation in projects: reviewing and entering tool, development, and prototype orders, including clarification of missing or incorrect data
  • Handling long-term supplier declarations for customers, including cooperation with external service providers

What You Bring

  • Commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk
  • Several years (min. 5 years) of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and solid experience in sales-related SAP activities
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills
