Hardware Design Engineer (m/f/d) - Development

MinebeaMitsumi Development Center Košice (MDCK) is the Slovak branch of MinebeaMitsumi Technology Center Europe with the main mission in the development of different innovative products and energy saving technologies for automotive, industrial and other customers.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Design of conceptual solutions and schemes of electronic devices (mainly for controlling BLDC motors) according to the requirements formulated by customers, suppliers and specialists of individual departments, in order to meet the standards and quality parameters of the final product
  • PCB design according to schematic and defined specification for automotive components and industrial products (especially controllers for BLDC motors)
  • Technically oriented communication with suppliers and other development departments, participating in meetings
  • Selection of suitable electronic components
  • Simulations of circuit solutions (PSpice), performance of measurements to verify functionality
  • Preparation of technical documentation (diagram, production data, specifications, object models)
  • Preparation of test specifications to perform practical verifications, EMC measurements and validation tests
  • Coordination of project solutions, checking the results of other colleagues, checking the results of junior colleagues

Required skills and experience:

  • University education (Bachelor's degree) or university education (Master's degree) or university education (Doctorate degree) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or comparable field
  • English - Intermediate (B2) or German - Intermediate (B2);
  • Knowledge in circuit simulation, power electronics and EMC - requirement

  • Salary from 1 400€ brutto - upper limit depends on experience
