Job description, responsibilities and authorities
As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the complete development lifecycle of advanced electronic devices, with a primary focus on BLDC motor control systems. Your expertise will drive the transformation of customer requirements into sophisticated circuit designs and PCB layouts, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with rigorous automotive and industrial standards.
- Designing conceptual solutions and schematics for electronic devices (primarily for BLDC motor control) based on requirements from customers, suppliers, and department specialists.
- Designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) according to schematics and defined specifications for automotive components and industrial products.
- Technically oriented communication with suppliers and other R&D departments, participating in meetings.
- Selecting suitable electronic components.
- Circuit simulations (PSpice) and performing measurements to verify functionality.
Preparing technical documentation (schematics, manufacturing data, specifications, object models). - Preparing test specifications for practical verification, EMC measurements, and validation tests.
- Coordinating project solutions and reviewing the work of other colleagues, including junior team members.
Personal requirements and skills
- Experience in the mentioned areas is a requirement.
- Knowledge of circuit simulation, drive technology, power electronics, and EMC is preferred.
- Responsibility and independence.

- At least 3 years in the field of electrical or computer engineering.
