Deputy CFO (m/f/d) for MinebeaMitsumi Europe

As a Deputy CFO (m/f/d) you are responsible for our European Network. We employ nearly 8.000 people europeanwide. Our European Top Management is located in Villingen-Schwenningen. Therefore, we prefer to hire in Villingen-Schwenningen. 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing strategic support and guidance on key business decisions, including analyzing financial data and providing recommendations to optimize performance
  • Strong drive to process improvement to ensure processes are fit for purpose and can support the growth of the group in Europe
  • Preparation of monthly reports for Europe operation ( none consolidated) to IFRS
  • Coordination and review of annual financial statements
  • Review of the European Companies finance budget (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statement, Cash Flow.)
  • Support, guidance and coordination of the individual accounting and finance departments in Europe – operation related
  • Direct report to the European CFO

Required skills and experience:

  • Several years of experience in financial accounting / controlling, in a leading position in an international environment
  • Experience in IFRS accounting standards and tax law
  • Extensive knowledge of consolidation and controlling
  • Confident handling of SAP as well as MS-Office.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Structured and independent work approach
  • High attitude towards quality and accurateness
  • High level of self-organization and analytical working methods
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • English proficiency is mandatory
  • Skills in German or any other European language will be advantage
