Controller (m/f/d) - Finance (Fixed-Term contract 12 to 24 Months)

The Minebea AccessSolutions Deutschland GmbH, based in Erdweg near Munich, serves as the global competence center for research and development in the field of access systems. Our product portfolio includes electronic steering lock systems, door handles, and automatic opening and closing systems for various vehicle applications.
What you will work on:
- Drive R&D, cost, and headcount controlling, ensuring transparency and accuracy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with IFRS, using consolidation tools (SAP, SAP-FC or equivalent)
- Monitor project budgets and variances, providing insights and recommendations
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
- Partner with operations and R&D leadership to ensure sound financial decisions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and IFRS standards
What you bring:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
- Solid financial background with a good understanding of accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial controlling within a multinational company
- Industry experience in automotive preferred; other industrial sectors considered
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with consolidation/reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German language skills or other languages are an asset
